  FILTERPAK
The EKO FILTERPAK densification system meets the changing needs of the marketplace. Over the last 10 years, oil filter recycling has evolved into a profitable business for many companies. Increased competition has led to the disappearance of smaller entrepreneurs and the creation of high volume filter recyclers. The EKO FILTERPAK provides a fully automated process that separates the oil from the filter efficiently and economically. Our units are built to suit the needs of the large capacity recycler with capacities between 10 and 25 drums** of filters per hour. Operators need only keep filters in the hopper and ensure that the oil and filter brick containers do not overflow. FILTERPAK will do the rest.

Superior Oil Transfer System
The EKO oil collection system is designed with the operator in mind. Recovered oil is pumped directly from the high pressure densification chamber through a debris screen and into the oil transfer sump. This reduces machine clean up and overall mess.

From Waste to Commodity
The crushing force exerted by an EKO FILTERPAK is second to none in the industry. The hundreds of thousands of pounds of crushing force creates a uniformly dense cylindrical brick with maximum oil removed. The bricks can be sold as scrap metal to steel mills throughout the world.
