EKO Manufacturing leads the world in densification
technology. Faced with the challenge of removing containments
from a broad range of materials EKO developed a compaction system
which exerts an extreme, focused pressure on the contaminated
material, and recapture the liquid, gas or radioactive residue,
all within a closed system.
The EKO Metal Pak turns the disposal cost of
contaminated turnings into a lubricant recovery and briquette
producing profit Centre. Similarly the EKO Filter Pak solves
the recycling challenge posed by used oil filters. The EKO
De Pak system de-packages stale date food and beverage products,
separating the contents from the container eliminating the
need to landfill the materials. The EKO Haz Pak system processes
explosive and toxic materials, packaged under pressure, removing
and separating the liquids and propellant gases and compacting
the metal packaging into a 98 per cent dry briquette which
is ideal feed stock for steel or aluminium mills.
